Your LS has a poor flowing head. No matter how much head work you do, it will always perform poorer than a VTEC head.

Do a full GSR (B18C1) or Type R(B18C5) swap.

For not knowing much about engines, you are going for the most unfriendly daily-driver setup with a Toda VTEC-killer cam setup (mind you its still in a VTEC head, so you need to get the head anyways).

The cams will probably blow your budget away when you pair it with a (complete) cylinder head, supporting valve train and get it tuned.

$600+ for the cams
$500 ish for the springs and retainers
$? you may need to upgrade the rocker assembly for the very aggressive cams
$800+ Complete VTEC head (B16,B18C1)
$200+ Hondata, or paying for some other tuning software
$400 getting the car tuned
$? headgasket, seals, machine work, miscellaneous costs

Your budget is too low for this setup.

@mirrorimg and @BrokenTalon27 i never said anything about this being my daily driver n i decided to go with the toda vtec killer set up
