if its S/S just get a buffing wheel (soft cloth),polishing compound bar and a grinder. mount buffing wheel to big grinder while it spins rub the bar onto the wheel start polishing light ,add pressure to get scratches out,keep adding compound to wheel every so often as seen needed after doing the whole thing i wash it out with a polyester rag with reg dish soap (warm water) .it had weld marks and scratches , but it looked like new when finish. trust me i work with S/S for living
