help me fix my paint!!!

ok iv had my car for about a year and a half and ever since then its had these wierd marks all over the front half of the car and i mean ALL over. its extremely noticeable at least in my mind and i feel it takes away the luster from my car and just makes it look like someone drove through a dust storm or something i have tried to use liquid waxes and they dont work do you guys have any suggestions on how to fix this problem so my car will look awesome? also theres some sun damage on the roof that i wanna get rid of.

so suggestions and opinion please

whats better paste or liquid wax?

i heard clay bar before but i just dont wanna go around spending money on shit that wont work

i use turtlewax ICE wash, paste wax, clay bar, and detailing spray. Clay bar cleans your clear coat so its like brand new....

Whenever i clean my car i wash it then clay bar shammy dry then wax. It should come out nice.

Edit: A clay bar and wax wont run you a lot. You can get both for prob 20$

just get your ass to a good detail shop

color sand, 3 stage buff +3 wash, high speed polish . clay, wax, wash you should be okay the roof may need to be painted though
