lsvtec done right?

so i got a b16 head on my ls 99 teg, i decided to take it to a shop so itll be done right but im not sure. since i have the dyno sheet (ima try to get a pic of it posted as soon as i can) people say that its not putting out enough power and that they probably did it wrong. i thought it was alright since its all stock. but its at 146.56 hp and max torque was 117.2 its a stock block with a stock b16 head. i should probably list everything so
stock b18b block
stock b16 head
short ram intake
ebay header
stock cat
2.5 custom piping with an obx twin loop exhaust
ls tranny
tuned on crome on p72 ob1 ecu

so its pretty much stock but a few people said its should be putting out more power and some people say its pretty good amount since its pretty much stock and im still running my ac power steering and have my cat.

just wanted to get your guys opinion see what you think

Your dyno sheet look normal if you saying it's a stock. i would upgrade your cat, header and cams then you be making 150ish.

EDIT:
I just saw your signature and your going boost. Then don't upgrade your header.

i was going to but i needed a new head gasket and a new oil pump so i figured might as well do the lsvtec since the motor was coming apart

should have probably just turbod it tho
 
It's about right since you're still at stock LS compression. Get a 2.25 or 2.36 inch exhaust. It'll be better for your application.

And he asked "Is that an LS/VTEC with a Stock B18B1 block and Stock VTEC cylinder head, or have you upgraded the internals."\

Obviously an LS/VTEC is not a "stock" motor in a sense, but it can use all original parts.
