ok so im kinda reposting this threas b/c last time i posted it i didnt get any good answers :shock: here it is every time my car is under the heat a lot it wont start someone said it was my fuel pump i changed it and its still doing it im kinda guessing its the starter b/c if i push the car and start it on 2nd gear it starts like nada so idk can someone help plz and thanx in advance :???::(

I had the same problem. If the temperature outside was 60+, the car would require approximately 4 hours to cool between starts. Below 60, the car started with ease every time.

A rebuilt starter was all I needed. Definitely check your starter.

You can rebuild your starter for cheap. Pretty sure someone did it on team-integra using nissan parts.

so your saying it won't start when its hot outside?

if so, probably a bad main relay

did you check spark and fuel?

spark and fuel are ok i just changed the fuel pump

yeah my friend told me it could also be the fuel relay im gonna check that today after i try waxing it for the first time

I paid for a rebuilt starter and put it in myself. I think it was $60 for the starter. That includes a lifetime warranty. Well worth the price if I keep the car for a long time.

Check the relay first, that's free. I think places like Auto Zone will test starters and alternators for free(in case your relay is fine), but I could be wrong about that one.

auto zone does free alternator n starter checks..some small cars usually import have the hot day start problem..usually starter..id say take ur starter off and find a ride or something to auto zone n have then check it
