Distributor Question? 91 integra vs 93

I know they have different part numbers, so I am sure they are different, but does any one know if a 93 integra distributor would work on a 91 integra? If not I really screwed myself and will take the credit for being an idiot.

Sorry but you're an idiot! lol A 91 distributor is obd-0 while a 93 distributor is obd-1. They bolt up the same but they have different plugs.

I knew the plugs were different, but the distributor was stolen out of my car, so I had to wire each individually and both obd0 and obd1 have the same amount of wires coming from it...

so my question is would it still work or is there a way to make it work without anything super significant...

If not I understand, if so, I'll just have to get obd0 distributor, life goes on. I was just in to big a hurry to get things done and failed to double check the year of the car. My apologies for not being a huge integra database, it just seemed like a lot of guys on here are super knowledgeable and would know a way to make it work if possible since i had to connect all wire individually anyway.

interesting... I don't know if it would work or not since you rewired it. I would do a search and see if you can find anything.

You should just have a few extra wires on the obd1 plugs, if you can mate up the plugs I think it might work.

I was just kidding... I tried to help him out with only what I knew... I had no idea that he had to cut the harness.
