Transaxle problem

okay so i just put in a new tranny.
got the fluid in, etc.
okay so i wouldnt shift and the speedo stayed on zero.
i checked again and found that i over looked it plug in. now it will shift at kind of high rpms. the throttle responce sucks.
i put it to the floor and until it hits like 2 or 3 grand it barley even accelerates. like a grand a minute lol. oh and the speedo still doesnt work. S3 started blinking. i check the code on the ATCU and its a code four(speedometer cluster)
what do yall think? it worked fine before(except not having third lol)
one hose on the breather chamber might be loose. would that play a role?

i know the speedometer works. i used it on my old transaxle and no problems. it may be hooked up wrong.
im more worried about the throttle lag.

umm it should have enough. its hard to tell but the fluid was where it should be so i think the fluid is fine.

Auto tranny fluid should be checked with engine on and in park. You probably have enough to fill the pan but not enough for the torque convertor. You mite wanna double check ur fluid.
Your Speedo cable isn't mounted correctly, unless you broke it somehow.

fluid is good, its gotta be at operating tempeature with the engine off on a level surface(as said by acura)

and it was the cable. it was pulled out at the speed sensor(back of the gauge cluster) i got it connected and she shifted out through all gears on the rack. tomorrow ive gotta put my dash back together and test drive it on the road. i think i got it done though. also on the rack i got my throttle responce almost all the way back. still a little slow but not bad.

so all in all if its fine tomorrow in the test run ill say job well done until may 18th.

and my brake pedal problem is figured out and soon to be solved. tomorrow im gonna re-assemble, hook up the battery tester and test my altenator. if it works ima go fill it up and drive it home, if not ima haul it home.
