bad syncros?

hello everyone, new to the clubintegra fourms, long time member of nasioc and the subaru community. anyway i just picked up a 91 teg that has a b18b1 in it. so iam changing the throttle body for a freash one cuz my tps was going out, anyway iam backing out of my drivway to take a test drive after the install, while in reverse my tranny starts grinding so i pull in out of gear then try and put it in 1st nothing, long story short won't go in to any gear while its started but when the car is off it goes through them fine, clutch is fine, fluids ect, so my guess is its the sycros. just happend so fast, there was no previous grinding of gears before this!

sycros done just go out all of a sudden. i would check and make sure the clutch cable is still attached. when the car is not running you can change gears and not have to push the clutch in but with it running obviously you have to push the clutch in. if its not working all of a sudden. that would be my guess.
