Help finding b17a1 pistons

Go to Honda. They are P61 pistons. You could also go with some CTR pistons to bump up the comp ratio.

No, unfortunately they don't work with the b17 crank.(that's how I understand it, I could be wrong though)i think b16 rods fit dont they?
