The b20 head(p8r) actually came on some LS motors. Th p8r head has the largest valves of the non-vtec heads so will flow better than a stock p75 head.
If you do the build right and build the bottom end for boost and port the head, it really doesn't matter then.

The heads are the same, unless you get a P8R head. Paden didnt mention that not all B20 heads are P8R's.
