easiest way to find out would be either look at your a/f gauge and see how its running or take the ecu out crack it open and look i would think

i'm not familiar with the apexi but if it's at 13 under load/boost you are fine

Hell no. Apexi SAFC is a piece of shit.
Get the correct jumper harness for your car, a P28 ecu, have it socketed, chipped, and have the car tuned properly on a program such as Crome, Uberdata, Ectune, or Neptune.

Many people will argue that hondata is overpriced and the same functionality can be gotten using programs like eCtune and Crome.

my ecu is chipped on chrome and i actually just got done getting it tuned and i would say chrome is the way to go and its cheaper then hondata

Wideband o2 sensor and standalone of any kind will have u tune on the fly with ease. The system as they all said is preferance or how deep your pockets are.
But if you are asking us if 13 a/r ratio is tuned, i wouldnt touch ish on that car, u need a hell lot more reading b4 you start changing numbers...
