searchwhere is the cheapest I could buy the whole swap from?
remember boost psi is irrelevant due to turbo sizes10psi is the most u wanna run on stock internals
x2search
venus motor sportsI am, and that's why I posted a topic right here.. To see if anyone already knows a really cheap webiste.
Jdm motor never come with b18c1 code, b18c siR-G or b18c-R.Hey how much boost can a fresh JDM B18C1 handle?
10psi is the most u wanna run on stock internals
Stock internals i wouldnt run no more than 6-8 psi tuned.
also your info about it lasting a few thousand miles is iffy to because it depends on how you beat on it my friend has a b20vtec-T teg that has lasted 3yrs now stock, he keeps running through turbo's but no motors but you are tight about psi.
Please read the Forced Induction FAQ before you misinform people
PSI is relevant to the turbo; 10 psi on a T25 is quite a bit different than 10 psi on a GT35R
OP, most people would agree that theorizing and creating builds based on a horsepower goal is a more accurate and efficient way to make proper decisions. Most would also agree that 300whp is the max you'd want to push on stock internals if you'd like to have your motor last more than a few thousand miles. In my opinion, it's better to play it safe - get some forged pistons & rods.
Most importantly GET A GOOD TUNE!!!
well if hes asking, im assuming hes getting a stage 1 turboremember boost psi is irrelevant due to turbo sizes
If you have a turbocharged car, who wouldn't get on it? lolalso your info about it lasting a few thousand miles is iffy to because it depends on how you beat on it my friend has a b20vtec-T teg that has lasted 3yrs now stock, he keeps running through turbo's but no motors but you are tight about psi.
Wtf are you talking about?well if hes asking, im assuming hes getting a stage 1 turbo
When it comes to forced induction...it's reliability is DIRECTLY related to the amount of money, time, and quality of parts you put into it. Save your pennies up and get some quality parts. If you piece together a setup with used or poor quality parts..it won't last, hands down.well as of now, I have a Greddy 18g turbo, front mount intercooler(massive), 440cc injectors, turbo manifold, all the piping, boost controller, turbo timer, oil filter adapter, all the gauges, now I'm piecing the ecu together lol but I'm on a budget of like $600 so its gonna be ridiculous.
