3 PASSENGERS, that means not including the driver. There is 3 other seatbelts but you COULD fit 4 PASSENGERS, or 5 in some weirdo clown car thing :p But then again I'm just getting my license when I start driving my teg, and I don't want my license taken away :shock::cry:.
