Bogging/dying during acceleration and more!

I know this is my first post, but It is the first of many. I just got my first acura a few days ago. Ive always been a Honda EF man myself. Also I love D series more than any of my ex's . Playing around with a B series for the first time is fun, but frustrating to learn the new odd ball stuff that I cant pull from general D series knowledge.
I gave in to finally working with extra input from those who know. Not to mention appreciate it more.

So I got a 91 integra with a B18A1. I bought it on the cheap and looking to fix it for DD use. Heres my issues:

- The CEL is on and when checking what the ecu says (woohoo obd0) it flashes a single long blink. thats it. It repeats what seems like a code 10. Maybe its a code 1 because I forgot how to read obd0 since Ive been using 0bd1 so much. Either way code 1 or 10 I already looked into both by replace o2 and intake temp and its not gone. Faulty ecu? or am I missing something?
- Driving the car would be great but when trying to accelerate like for normal driving it bogs/shudders and loses power unless I release the pedal intime. Whenever I manage to get it accelerating without bogging (which is rare) and try opening the throttle more it just sputters and tries to stall. So many possibilities to this: map, tps, timing, dizzy. Ive experience similar issues with my d16z6 before but it was a bad tps and map reading.
- The car idles perfectly but smokes a fair bit. The fuel smells rich as hell even though its got a brond new o2 sensor. The smoke isnt really white, but its a greyish color. The car is missing half of the exhaust but I dont think thats really going to change anything. Burnt oil? Or the heavy burning of fuel?
- Did a cold crank compression test. I distinguish with cold because Ive read people having diff compression between the motor being hot, and it being cold. I dont know if its bogus or not. Ive never had to check compression till getting this car. Cold crank compression from cylinders 1 to 4: 130, 115, 135, 130. Those seem low :(. I dont wanna assume bad rings. So leak test?

Any and all input is welcome. :)

Well thanks I appreciate it. However I do know the codes/have them already for obd0 and obd1. I already addressed it whether it be code 1 or 10 nothing has changed
Ive never had a cel like this before which is driving me up the wall.

my truck had the same basic codes and it ended up being a intake gasket leak, but my symptoms where the opposite of yours, i had a high idle and it loved to be on the throttle...

Ok I fixed the bogging issue. Turned out to be a bad tps.

Still have the same cel issue, runs rich, no more smoke though. New problem to arise however is the car idles HIGH and im not sure why. Possible leak somewhere?

Questions: Any benefits to blocking off the fast idle?
Also surging idle: Thats usually almost always idle air control right? Any other possibilities though? I already the cleaned the hell out of it.
