Trying to change shift boot.

Im trying to change my shift boot but i cant take off the center console it seems to be stuck and i already took off all the screws. Any help would be appreciated. THANKS

4 screws on the arm rest
2 in the middle of the shift concel and the arm rest
2 on the side of where your feet go 1 on each side
3 where your coin tray is
