function and form type 1

Buddy of mine runs them on his EM1 and he loves them, no complaints.
He says for daily driving and the occasional track day, they're perfect.

They perform and are a similar set up to the Tein Basic Damnpers. I've heard good things about F&F type-I and type II. $630 shipped sounds like a good deal.

They're not a full-blown track coilovers by any means, but if you're looking for a better and cheaper setup than Tein Basics they're fine.

I had function and form type2's on my old DC and I was not happy with them. they were too soft and allowed much body roll, and you could not feel a difference in dampening between full soft and full hard, even with something like 36 adjustable settings. I was much happier with my ksports.
