could i get the 92-93 lip (http://passwordjdm.com/PasswordJDM-Type-S-Fiberglass-Front-Lip-DA-92-93-Integra-P1025C77.aspx) to fit on my 90-91 front end? what's the difference where the front lip goes?

It won't line up right. Just order one for your bumper if you want ti to fit flush.
