Cheesenip's DSM Rebuild Thread.

I picked up a 98 GS Eclipse on 10/20/2009. Its a 420a automatic, no motor or headlights, but for a few hundred bucks, I cant complain. I sourced a motor for it, but im undecided if I want to 5 speed swap it and keep it and do something else with the booger. or resell it.

Anyways, heres a few pics of what the car looks like.

$1000 as is. I sware, Ive been searchin craigslist for a seat, headliner and some small odds and ends. I found 2-3 blown up DSMS goin for $1500-$2300..i was like ...uh..

Dsm parts are not the easiest to find... that 95 gst I was talking about on fb is that exactly color.. you could buy it and do a 5spd swap with a turbo and put the headlights on it :lol: I kid. Doesn't look too bad though

turbo swapping a na car is a bitch. Im not one whos lookin to do some fab work

Only parts Im having a hard time finding are the proper headlights
