Add a piece of paper there, with the following information:
1. Your name
2. Issue with the item and what you want in return
3. State your return address
When item has been sent, please send us a tracking number. This is so we can keep track of the item to avoid any unseen circumstances.
Once the item has been received and inspected - the new item will be shipped out.
