If you do find dyno graphs, they wont be on stock cars (internally).
People dont typically go dyno their car after they put a new header on. Gains are minimal unless coupled with other upgrades. You wont have true readings unless you share all of the rest of the upgrades as the dyno'ed car. I dont know of any off the top of my head, but team-integra.net most likely has some in their articles section.
I wont lie, I havent really ever been a member of any other forum except newcelica and we dynoed our parts on a part by part basis. That comes with a back story though. The Celica aftermarket was/is so small that people didnt want to pay 600 bucks for a worthless exhaust. Spending 7 years over there I guess maybe I took it for granted assuming most forums would be the same given most forum enviornments are generally the same. But you are right, dynoing is expensive to do on a part by part basis so it would make less sense to do it that way.
I know gains are minimal as they were with the Celica but one part always stood out over another. So even if I don't get a dyno to the last part its ok. I just wanted proven recommendations. Example, the TRD & Trial header was 900 bucks but got 9-11 whp. A ported stock header netted about 8 and was like 100-200 bucks to do.
My main concern was the exhaust. So many exhausts net 1-3 hp. I would hope there exists atleast ONE that nets 8-10. Intakes I have found afew resources. Seems the choices in that dept would be AEM or a Comptech ice box. Unless I missed a much better part. Header I find that the DC one netted consistent, yet minimal gains but I havent found any worthy info on another one that would be better.
Exhaust is my main concern since its the most expensive breather bolt on and it often can get you nowhere.
As far as team-integra, I was trying to keep it just here to help out what SEEMS to be a smaller site which MUCH more welcoming members & mature compared to other forums.

It really doesn't matter what year 94-01 to me, but if u can I would definately buy a gsr
I am definitely going to buy a GSR. The price difference seems minimal enough at this point.
yeah like jason said, your not going to find dyno graphs of individual parts on integras UNLESS you go the manufacturers... MAYBE they will have one... if i were you i would absolutely spend the extra coin on a GSR. if you can afford it go with a Type R but it doenst sound like thats what your looking for. as far as wanting a 94-97 or 98-01 goes its a matter of preference... weather you care if its OBD1 or OBD2 and which body style you like more. as far as body differences go they are minor in the front and rear bumpers... thats about it. ask for more details on that. all of the b-series engines develop cam seal leaks but its nothing to be worried about. and thats really one of the only things that is a "common problem" on integras. but every car has its issues that come with age. hope this book helps

Also, 3rd gear grinds are common on Honda/Acura cars. It's fixable in a variety of ways, depending on the severity of the grind.
I did have a 97 Acura CL with a 3rd grind otherwise my other Hondas have been great.
Secondly, something I never understood. OBDI Vs OBDII. Is that even important?
Check through back issues of magazines like DSport, Super Street, Import Tuner, Modified Mag, Honda Tuning, etc. for dyno graphs like that.
The August 09 issue of Import Tuner has dyno charts of a DA9 stock, and with Greddy cat-back, AEM intake, and DC 4-2-1 header. That's all I can think of to find that kind of dyno graph.
Thanks I did that and found a couple of good links. The header and exhaust stilll seem vaguest to me. Otherwise, this was a GREAT help/idea.
