Lagging i need info

ok...so i was driving today and i noticed that while im driving
my car is hesitating to push unless i floor it...then when i do
it pushes to fast when im trying to drive normal....what should
i do to at least reduce the lagging? much appreciated for the
help!!!!!

Possibly the throttle body is sticking?
Pop your hood and rev your car manually, see what it does.

have you done a tuneup recently? maybe a fuel filter

i did a basic tune up..air oil filters oil spark plugs flushed radiator...all that bull shit....
so if it was ma throttle body...what would i do...and what are the signs of ma fuel
filter going out?

The fuel filter is just one of those routine maintenance things. You should replace it like, every 20k or something, I dont know the service interval. It gets dirtier quicker if you let your fuel gauge get down near empty before filling it up.

Is your car auto or manual? How many mile are on your car?

Manually rev the engine via the throttle body like Steven said. Theres a cable that goes to the intake manifold, to a metal piece near the intake. Rotate it and you will rev the engine. See if it gets stuck at all.

I think that maybe your injectors are a little clogged up.

my car is has a manual tranny.....i dont see any sticking on the throttle body....
my car has about 212xxx.....so are those the main problems???
