stupid wiring...

so a couple of days ago my uncle rewired my front signals to turn on with my corner lights. therefore no longer being able to blink. i dont have MUCH knowledge in wiring but i know the basics. i was stupid today and tried to do some rewiring again. as i tried to wire the front turn signals to stay on but also blink when i signal like the corner lights i think i burnt something out... i realize how the wiring should have been now. wiring the corner signal to the front turn signal instead of the corner light. anyways, after what had happened, my car still turns on and the signal lights blink when i turn my emergency light on. BUT when i have my lights on with the door open theres that ringing sound as if the engine wasnt running with the headlights on, the auto seat belt will not engage when the door is closed, the clock no longer turns on, neither turn signals turn on unless i press the emergency signal, and my car will not shift out of park unless i disengage the shift lock. im thinking its a blown fuse but im not exactly sure..

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME :(

i started the car today and now tachometer will not rev anymore... aghhhh!

I have no idea whats wrong. Did you unplug your battery before doing any electrical work? I would check your fuses, it sounds like you blew some.

i just tested the fuses earlier. all of them are good still. and no i didnt unplug the battery (which WAS stupid, yes i know >.<) but the car still starts and everything. windows go down, sunroof opens, all exterior lights turn on, all interior lights turn on, cigarette lighter works, radio turns on and all that stuff. but like i said, the seat belts, signals, clock dont work, cant shift out of park, and now.. my tach isnt working as well -_-"
