Well What I mean is I wont skimp as far as quality goes.. I will just shop wisely and check with ALL my suppliers before I buy something.
For example, don't buy a C5 if all you're going to do is replace all the internals.
and for a 11/12 sec pass in a full interior dc you gonna need more than 300 hp . maybe close to 400 for 11 sec pass bossted almost 300 hp dc's are doing 13'soh and hp I would like 300 if possible I want it streetable (A MUST), I don't need it to be crazy fast but with nice tires I would like a 11/12 sec pass and be comp for anyone on the block.
LS vtec cant be cheap and reliable im sorry but i disagree, but the cheap fast and reliable wont work in all applications, just most. dont get me wrong i totally agree with you its just in the case of ls vtec i dont see it working.You can be fast and reliable. Or reliable and cheap. Or cheap and fast. You can't be all three.

on low boost on my car my very first time ever going down the track i went 12.4 at 112.actually the b18c1 also has a crank girdle for added bottom end stability that the b18b1 doesnt have. not a deal breaker one way or the other though. either one will be reliable.
on slicks a 300whp integra can def get into the low 12's possibly high 11's.
Agreed.For 20g you should have gotten that 20b in there... : P
BTW I only have like 3G's into my engine.. I would have had more into a 20b WAY more to do it to the same caliber my engine is atFor 20g you should have gotten that 20b in there... : P
