yea, tomorrow the timing belt, water pump, and spark plugs are gonna be replaced. but does anyone know some good sites for OEM stuff? or any honda/acura selling sites. all i have is: azht, hondatech, passwordjdm, jdmshit, vividracing.

rockadilla

thats right.
Good job :thumbs up

Those sites will probably have everything u need I would think... If not then I sometimes get oem stuff from autozone/checkers etc. lol

rockadilla

thats right.
Look on craigslist... It might take awhile to find some stuff... or u can drive to glendale and stuff where they have all the junkyards and look there :) I did that for some stuff for my civic... But otherwise I donno maybe ebay or maybe an acura/honda dealership can special order them. :what: try the yellow pages in the phonebook lol

Well I usually do most of my own work... But I usually go to a place called "meineke" if I need major work done cuz its only like a block away from where I live LOL

Buuuut the guy that owned my teggy before me who lived in chandler went to a place called "gregs japanese auto" on Chandler blvd. that I guess he swore by and they did almost all the work done on it and stuff so.... I donno how far that is from u but u might wanna check it out :what: otherwise just go to "

But yeah dude any other "local" shops I know are like 30 mins from gilbert sorry but when in doubt just go to big name stores like "firestone" "mieneke" "autozone" "midas" "brakes plus" Etc. Etc. Etc. Lol ;)

alright, sorry for the long update but I got the car on wednesday and it did come with a ugly body kit. an Xenon bodykit for that matter (anyone know how much i can get for it?) well its awesome besides the fact that i got leather seats and in arizona, it sucks!! I already took of the rear valance and side skirts. Im looking for the OEM front bumper then I can get that p.o.s off my baby. I also removed the stock spoiler and im looking for something to plug those holes? Anyone know where I can find those spoiler plugs? and what size they are? Oh and the driver side window doesnt work, but it might be because the window switch on the driver side is gone :smackself but I talked to DC2 owner and he said he has the same problem but he actually has the switch. Is this a normal problem on teggys? Enough chitter chatter here are some pics after a wash.

Fat guy in a little 'teg
You could sell that kit to a ricer for a decent amount of money. Get rid of the kit and try to fit those bumper covers better. The car looks light it's been hit or the panels (fenders, rear bumper, front bumper) haven't been lined up properly.

You can find the hole plugs at Home Depot or Lowes by the screws.

Overall it seems like a decent car man. Glad you found a good teggy :D

Looks good but u shouldn't photoshop all the pics imo :what: lol I can't even tell if u cleaned the car hahahaha it might be my phone tho lol :D

But I think the screws are what 10mm? so get 10mm plugs I think u can buy em from autozone or maybe home depot or something but don't quote me on that lol.... and the body kit?? I saw ur ad on craigs lol but they sell for about $800 new so yeah $300 is probably a good starting point if its not "like new" condition and u should be able to sell it for that

alright awesome. and i didnt do too much on photoshop, just like levels, curves, and sharpen. also im going to stop by home depot today and see if i can find them. okay so i dont know what order i should do these in..

1.) Get OEM Front Bumper, then paint the car black, then coilovers, wheels, exhaust, and so on
2.) Get OEM Front Bumper, then coilovers, wheels, exhaust, then paint

I dunno if i should roll around with some mismatching colors and be low and flush. Or look all stock but with clean black paint

rockadilla

thats right.
Well its ur decision, but I after i got the bumpers and stuff I would probably paint the car.... Because if u roll around in different colors to me that looks rice, especially when u have coilovers, exhaust, and rims but then ur body looks like its from 3 diferent cars lol... But that's just me, do whatever u want to first.... But then again, if u paint the car it could attract some people who u don't want it to attract.... But I personally would paint it first :D

What coilovers, wheels, exhaust, etc. are u planning on going with?
