I bought these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290318516093 spoon power mirrors and I'm having an issue with the wiring. The wires that come from the spoon mirrors are green, white, and yellow. I did the driver side first and I wired everything together and I noticed that it didnt matter which way I wired the 3 they all worked the same. So the driver side spoon mirror worked great. Then, a couple days later I start installing the mirror on the passenger side. After taking the stock mirror out the driver side does not work anymore. I have tried wiring different combos for the passenger side but nothing seems to work. Now neither sides work. Why did the driver side stop working when I took off the stock mirror?? Please help!!!!!!

I would expect that the white wire is power, green is ground, and yellow would be the signal wire maybe? Did it not come with a wiring diagram?

No it did not. Any ideas as to why the driver side spoon mirror would stop working when I took off the the stock mirror on the passenger side? It's strange because when I put the the driver side on, any of the wires worked with any combination. I'm so stumped.

So the driver side works with the OEM passenger mirror in, but not with the spoon style mirror? Or the driver side doesnt work with nothing on the passenger side at all?

There should be a specific way to wire the mirror, it just happens to work on the driver side with any combination. What colors are the wires that lead to the mirror?

The driver side spoon mirror worked until I took the stock passenger one off. I have the passenger side spoon mirror mounted and have tryed diff wiring combos, but have had no luck. Now both of them don't work. The wires coming from the passenger side door are all yellow but have a diff color stipe on each. One has a black stripe, one has a red stripe, and one has a white stripe. I forget what color the colors on the driver side wire.

If neither of them work now, after putting the originals back on and wiring them back to how they were, chances are you blew a fuse.

Im going to look for a wiring diagram to help you out a little more.

I have to admit, this is pretty confusing. It does appear that the mirrors are connected to one another. Go to this link, http://www.mediafire.com/?gdym9gywddy and click on the dowlnoad now button. Its a electical wiring diagram for 98+ integras.

I don't think it's a fuse and I haven't put the stock ones back on at all. Is the wiring from both mirrors linked together somehow??

Youre right there are no fuses inline to the power mirrors, only some relays. They feed from the same power wire, being the ylw/wht. I'll print screen the picture Im looking at so you can get an idea of how the wiring is situated(sp?).

It should work if you hook the white to the yellow/white, the green to the yellow/black and the yellow to the yellow/red.
