Anyone ever used EBAY Mugen lips and skirt on DC?

A guy I sold some parts to a while ago had one of the "mugen" lips on his 96 neon..and honestly. it fit really well...but I didnt like the style

Yeah? sweet thanks! Anyone else got any opinions? And sorry, bodykits make me hurl, not a fan of them really. And i planned on Type R skirts now, the Mugen replicas dont look anything like what i have seen before.

I had a Mugen replica front lip on my CB7. It was made of ABS plastic and it only cost me $50. I was happy with it. I was only 16 at the time. Keep in mind that they're not very durable. They break easily.

^^^ i agreed with Matt on the durablility of these replicas, if you run into something in middle of the road, $50-$100 done. I wouldn't go cheap on the lip, maybe the sides and rears i would do replica if needed

check honda-tech. You might come across the real deal. Usually aftermarket lips don't fit without a little coercion and ingenuity. I wouldn't waste my money unless I knew the dealer was reputable because sending stuff back with ebay and getting your money back can be a hassle.

I've beat the crap out of this lip and it's been OK so far. But I definitely go out of my way to avoid rocks. The fitment of mine is actually decent; I was expecting to have to shave it a lot lol.

eh if i have to replace it thats fine with me, i wish they had some POLY lips, but i never seem to find them cept for ITR replica lips

**Don't get me wrong, I like a lot of the JDM styling more than a fucking body kit, but I'm fed up with seeing so much of it. It's time for something original again.

^ I agree. I already know that the rear lip is called "Azcet" (thats straight from the guy on ebay lol) it looks nice, and i have NEVER seen another teg with one.

Dude if you want it, get it. I didn't get the mugen lip cuz it's jdm, I just love the style. If you want rear valence and skirts, rock them.

That rear lip is not the Azect and the reason why you hardly ever see them is because they're expensive and rare as fuck and only made for JDM models. They're old now so tough luck finding the real deal.

That rear lip is something I else I can't recall off the top of my head but I can find it for you. Those side skirts are a Mugen replica from a Civic. The Azects are similar but don't have the ducts in them.

I cant get it now as im waiting for a good deal on a virgin coupe 94-97 (dont want a newer one, i also like the bumper styles)

I like it cause its a subtle lip.
