Bike Roof rack!

Hey guys,

I havent posted in awhile but have been lurking on here! Anyways i have been looking far and wide for a roof rack for a coupe 2nd gen teg, I have seen them around but can never see the maker of them! I know someone on here knows so anything would help!

Thule makes a rack specifically for Integras (it fits both second and third gen). Yakima makes one for the Integra as well.

Alright cause seeing how alot of 2nd gen teg parts are compatible with 2nd gen ludes, I am looking for a rack that will work for my lude! HAHA

Does someone have any pics on how the rack is attached to the car?

Oh..well the Thule rack is specifically for Integras, I doubt it would work on your Prelude.
But go to both websites and see if they make one for your car.

I'll take a few pics of how mine is attached tomorrow (technically later today) but basically they are latches that attach right above your doors.They look kindaa like small c-clamps... My dad had a bike rack on his corolla and they attached the same way some have adjustable lengths and widths his worked on like 4 or 5 different cars. Really easy to install too. When you do buy one though I would suggest that you get one with locks on all the parts so it is harder to steal the bike on it seeing as my bike is worth almost as much as my car right now.

I got my bike rack for 30 bucks off craigslist... haha!!

It's a Thule. Only problem is, like others have stated that the thule rack is specific to integras only, meaning you can't buy replacement parts.

I would also use it for a bike..I do like the looks but it would sure be handy to have so I can drive down to the river and ride the trails without having to cram it in the car and get my interior dirty. :p
