technically im not sure if he can sue for malpractice. but itd be worth a shot. but may just end up costing him more becuase hospital lawyers get paid big bucks for keeping doctors out of jail.

yeah. im going into the medical field so i know these things. but ill tell you this if the hospital knows the doctor fucked up they will cover there ass and let the doctor fend for themselves.
