paint advice

the paint aroud my door handle is starting to flake off, its been bubbled for a couple of years but now its getting worse. the rest of the paint job still looks good. just wondering if anybody has any ideas short of taking it to the body shop.

do you have access to air at work. if so just buy a spray gun get your paint color prep it and repaint it.

there are shops that will compress any paint you want into an aerosal can for you.

dont even spray it, where i work we fix stuff like that with a brush, its cheaper and it looks good. you just have to get the technique down...

man that would be awesome. yeah the paint i have is all hardened and rusty. its actually bubbled all the way across.

I would just use touch up for that. just don't put too much on. you can even use clear coat in a touch up bottle to go over the top of the white and then wet sand it if you are wanting it to be perfect.
