Good Buy?

I'm looking to pick up an integra as a nice project car so I don't touch my 09 wrx. Does the car described below seem like a good deal to you?

1995 turbo integra GSR with 140+k miles. Selling for $4800. The following are the upgrades

- T3T4 TURBO WITH A/C (doesn't have brand name turbo)
- KYB SHOCKS WITH EIBACH SPORTS SPRINGS
- STRUT BARS FRONT/LOWER REAR
- HKS DRAGGER CAT BACK
- HIGH FLOW CAT CONVERTER
- AUTOMETER GAUGES BOOST/OIL PRESSURE
- SPARCO STEERING WHEEL, SHIFT KNOB AND PEDAL
- ALPINE HEAD WITH INFINITY SPEAKER ALL AROUND
- DEL SOL FRONT SEATS
- 16 INCH GOLD DRAG RIMS

Car body is in ok shape, I'd have to replace the front bumper and some weather stipping and repaint it, but not bad otherwise. Lemme know what you think.

might run into a shitload of problems if you buy a built car. And, built>bought

isnt the idea of a project car to have something you can step back from and take a bit of pride in knowing you took a run of the mill car and made it hot with your own 2 hands?

Agreed I started stock and did what I wanted to MY teg. If its gonna be yours make it YOURS. You don't want someone else's krap. Just my opinion.
