No Start Issue

Morning all. I've done a search on my issue but none of the threads seemed to fit. Sorry if this is an old problems that's already been answered.

Here's the scoop. I had my 1993 Integra RS sitting for a few months over the winter and I went to start it up the other day. I had to charge the battery as well beforehand. Anyway, go to start it up but no go. Battery won't hold a charge. Get a new battery and it turns over and starts up.

I leave it running for about 5 mins and then wanted to move it. I hop in, simultaneously putting my foot on the clutch and disengaging the handbrake when the engine dies.

As it stands now, the engine will turn over, but will not start. I've checked most of the fuses and they seem fine but I have not checked the relays in the fuse box under the hood yet.
Someone had mentioned to me that perhaps the fuel pump reset button may have been triggered but I haven't a clue as to where it is exactly.

So far, I'm leading towards a fuel pump issue.

Comments? Suggestions?

Edit:Its most likely your starter. i dont know why it would be a fuel problem?????
i thought it was the alternator but a friend corrected me.
And he also said it might be your plugs or wires since you let it sit for awhile.

Well, I checked all the fuses and that seems ok.

I wanted to switch out the fuel filter next but for the life of me, could not get that left bolt off the top of it!!!
I worked that fuckin thing for over an hour and even bent the bracket around too. Though when I loosened the right side bolt, some fuel did come out of it.

Anyway, I'll keep workin on it. I still have to look for the fuel pump reset switch. It's in the trunk by the gas tank no?

ok, so I'm looking for the fuel shut off switch. I was told somewhere it's under the back seat. I've taken the back seat out altogether but don't see any switches. anybody know where this thing is?

and no, I still can't get that bolt off the top of the fuel filter.

My car sat for a month and when I tried to start it the engine would sputter. My mechanic told me that water builds up in the gas tank when a car sits for too long. The water in the gas tank makes the car hard to start. Maybe dry gas will help.
