I normally like wingless cars, but for the Jetta, I think it looks better with it on... I might pull it off just to see what it looks like though.

Yeah the OEM wheels are pretty ncie when they're clean. I'm thinking of either just getting some 10-15mm wheel spacers & rolling the fenders, or getting some 17" OEM MK4 Jetta 1.8t/VR6 "longbeach" wheels.... It would make my car look like a donk, but once I lower it on those wheels, it will be BALLER!!! :roll:

I thought about painting my OEM wheels black, but i'm not sure yet. My whole theme with the car is being OEM+ (like OEM, subtle modifications) but I do like the black on black look.... Still undecided.

Got my DIY intake elbow finally perfectly mocked up... Just need to weld it together instead of tape it together :laugh:

I re-painted my grille this morning. The fins were getting faded so I re-masked it all and re applyed new flat black paint to the fins, and also to the emblem.

Oh, and somebody stole my JDM TeddyBear at work yesterday.... F*cking Bastards!

lol, it's all good. I'm going to order a plush Domo thingy to hang from the tow hook, and lock it with a chain or something. lol

We'll see how it looks. I'll be taking it off real soon just to see. if i like it, i'll plug the holes....

I think Integras and Jettas look better wingless. I'd only put a wing if it was for road racing.
