I could, I don't know if you can. It also depends on what they check in your inspection. If all they do is a smog test, then yes. If they are going to check all your evap parts then it would be a little harder, but still possible.

Honestly bro, I would recommend going K-Series. You're going to spend more money getting to your goals than if you were to go K-Series. Just trying to save you some money and time.

How would getting to 250whp cost more than a k-swap? Even when he is done he'll be looking at hp numbers less than his goal.

My friend has an EP3 with K20A2 with a CAI, header, exhaust, Skunk2 cams, and K-Pro. He has around 230whp. If he built the bottom end, he'd reach 250whp easy.

wow either way, i have to pour out mad $$$ to reach 250 -.- thats awesome..but if i ever swap, i'll swap a jdm b18c because the body is a integra and engine should be too. swapping a k series or any other than a b series doesnt seem like a integra anymore IMO :/ ehh

You wouldn't be saying that if you actually drove an Integra with a K-Series. So you wouldn't know. :mrgreen:

Besides... The last time I checked, the K20s come from RSXs, which are technically Integras.

Well, what do they get to the wheels in the car it came out of? I don't think it would change the power to the wheels just swapping chassis. But it would be around 170-175whp. (rough estimate) (& stock motor)

i c, so if you have the k series swapped, you're putting out about 170-175whp, the b18c1 is about 150-160whp stock (correct me if i remember wrong). With just a few upgrades, the b18c1 will eat up the k-series easily, so why waste the money into k-series swapping.
I would do the JDM B18C-spec R and upgrade it from there than do the K, save a bit of hassle on the swapping process and beside i dont like the looks of the K series.
