GHK ALL DAY!!
I just cleaned my bay recently and now i want to shine up my block and tranny, anyone know what i can use to do this? My guess would be a scotch brite pad or steel wool but it there anything better?
thanks im gonna have to give it a try....being unemployed im getting really bored not doin nothin all day lol:lol:youre goin to want air tools, and alot of time. If you want it fully polished, start off with a coarse paper to get the casting marks out. then your gonna want to work your way up from coarse to fine paper then after thats all done. Polish it. It can be done, it has been done. But i dont think its worth it.
love makes people do crazy things. :lol:i suggest you start off with something relatively small. possibly a throttle body or even an intake manifold.
once you see how much work is involved then i think you'd probably think twice about doing something of this magnitude on the engine block and transmission. and if you did actually complete it... i doubt you would want to drive it...
thats a good idea. I was gonna polish my rims but decided to try my valve cover first.i suggest you start off with something relatively small. possibly a throttle body or even an intake manifold.
