whats up yall. new here but ive been lurking for awhile. i dont have an integra yet but im trying to get one now. but check this out:
theres a type r for sale for 2700. its a 2001 and nothings wrong with it! except a couple of blemishes in the interior. the engine and trans are good, so he says. but thats not the point.
ive been in two accidents and totaled two cars, yeah kinda sucks. the first one, i got a wreckless driving ticket. i didnt hit anybody, i just hit the median on the highway. the last one, where i totaled my accord, i slid into the back of somebody in teh rain. they had to stop suddenly because of the car in front of them. so i slid and hit their car, which had no damge at all. im the only one who got a ticket however. following too closely.
anyways, the first ticket was expunged from my record. now this one probably wont since i cant go back to driving school. and i want this type r but my dad says its a sports car, and since i have this ticket, im looking at around 350 for insurance. a month that is. he said he's going to call the company tomorrow and ask.
but i was wondering if this is the same for all of the integras ? like the ls model and the gsr ? because i know i want my next car to be an integra and this deal popped up so i wanted to get it. but my dads worried about the insurance and he thinks that since its an acura, working on it will be hard. i tried to convince him that acuras and hondas are closely related, but he wont listen.
i just wanted to know if this is the same for all integras, because i have no problem getting a gsr or even a ls. and i didnt want to make two threads so i threw it in here.

good luck with your.. er.. type r?? if its for real, thats a hell of a deal. doesnt make sense though :/
