Got some work done on the teg today....

Well.... I've been wanting to do this for a while now, but haven't gotten around to it till today finally...

Not much explaining needed, but just to see it for yourself!!

I know there's going to be flaming cause I stepped out of protocol, but that's okay. Whatever you have to say, I won't be butt hurt by it. lol

I'm really impressed with how it turned out. getting it clear coated this week at work.

Next step is a valve cover.

Looks really sweet. Is the VC going to match? I dont think too many people are going to knock on it, its not way overdone like that teg thats paint job was graffiti-esqe.

Yeah... that's my guess, so I'm going to get it clear coated before I put the hood back on the teg to try and protect it.

Yessir. VC will be more graffiti. and so far I've heard nothing but good responses!!

Artist is a really good friend of mine, and a fellow artist. we're in a local "group" called ATOMIC7 (there's a link to the myspace page on the first post). I take pictures, he does graffiti, there's a couple other photographers and paint artists in the group, but Nick and I kinda work together. I take a picture, he does a sketch over it and it turns out something pretty bad ass!

here's one he did of a picture I took in Chi-town:


Basically it was a way to make my car look sick, and a way to get his name out there. Nick is VERY talented in what he does, and all we need now is publicity. I figured this was a hella good way to start it! haha
