Header/Exhaust Manifold size

Does anyone know if a B16 header out of a 99-00 civic si is the same as a b18c5 itr?

Well, I think I found the answer to my question. I'm looking at buying an Apexi Header but they only come in:
b16
b18c1 94-99
jdm b18c5 96-97
jdm b18c5 98-00

I'm leaning towards getting one b18c1 ones and having a shorter testpipe put in or better yet one of the jdm ones, except they have a 2 1/2"collector which means I would need a custom testpipe.
