Okay, make fun of me like everyone else but I call it "baby integra" because i am at a loss for a name otherwise. And in truth, it -is- my baby. Just veryyy dirty right now thanks to the Ohio winter and the 10" of snow we just received =( I swear, as soon as we get above freezing I'll wash it. Today just wasn't that day.

this is the side that was recently repaired after being t boned

weird angle but i like it

For those that don't know, it's a 1999 5speed.
I just thought I'd post the pictures because the pictures I posted when I joined were old(er). Although, I guess since it's dirty in these you won't appreciate it, but oh well.

Oh believe me, I HATTTEEE it too. It's one of my biggest annoyances and I always want to go around kicking it off of cars. I tried a bit before I shot the photos, but it's been so cold here that they're like FROZEN on and my boyfriend said to be careful so I don't do any damage, so I didn't want to kick off something that was important. So trust me, I hate it too. It'll be detailed in the Spring when Winter's over. I'll post pictures again then too.

Well I wanted to raise it back up because the springs that are on it now are causing more wear and tear than the stock would on other parts (the CV joint is going bad for sure, realized that on last oil change). I know it looks good lowered, but I'd rather have it not look "good" to some people and not have to pay for new parts on it more often than not. Also, we get so much snow around here and the roads don't exactly get plowed, so I get stuck...alot. And the front of the car has been acting like a plow and I'm worried it's going to get hurt.

But, everyone that likes how it is now is in luck, because I called about getting the stock springs back on it and it was more costly than I was expecting, so I can't afford it right now. Eventually it'll get done, but it's probably going to be like this until next Fall.

You're not going to do any damage kicking off the sludge buildup. Easiest way to remove when frozen is to stick your ice scraper right where it meets the fender liner and give it a good twist outward. Should pop off right in one piece.

Otherwise nice car...definitely could use a detailing tho haha.

Yeah, well detailing isn't possible until the snow goes away. I'm not going to waste the time only to have it get all messed up again. It was just heavily detailed in December after the accident, but the slush and snow messed it up all over again.

And thanks. I'll have to try that.

I don't know if I can change it now. It's been "baby integra" since August. I'm stuck in the habit, and so is everyone else now too. Haha but thanks, I'll keep it in mind for my next one.
