The way things are in the world you best to get a full tune up and take care of your engine do all the maintance you can do for it! thats the best power for cheap, if you end up getting something cheap or used that may tend to fuck your motor up and then no ride but hey thats my .02 cents good luck.,

will a p28 swap with a pr4?a chiped p28 was the only difference between my old BONE stock ls running a 16 flat to a 15.4

i dont think so because pr4 is obd0 correct? you need a obd0-obd1 conversion harness

Before anything though, make sure you paint the car Lime Green.
THEN put stickers on it. Then get a "Blitzzz" body kit on it. THEN get Axis Se7en wheels on it. The put a big APR wing on it. Then some NNNNNNAAAWWWWZZZZZZZ.
Make sure you get this decal.
