K24's can be found in the Element, Accord, CR-V and TSX. The TSX is the only USDM version with i-VTEC. (K24a2)

If you have the money, go with the K20A head. But going with the K20A2 head if good enough. You can also opt for the K20Z1 head from the 05-06 RSX Type S.
