Alright so i got my car running near the end of last summer and didn't really get to drive it much, but so far ive blown 4 oil pan gaskets. I thought it was all because i didn't have any sort of pcv system. I just recently had an fittings welded to my valve cover thinking that would solve all my problems. So went and bought a new gasket today and put it on, started the car and ran fine, until i boosted (14psi) once in third gear and it was done for. I seriously don't know what else i can do so if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated.

Heres my setup

Compression tested 150-160, rings are gaped 18 and 22 i think, is that bad compression?

Those aren't bad compression numbers. Are you sure you don't have a warped oil pan?
i dont think its a new pan, do u think i could be getting to much blow by? And maybe because its an autozone gasket? I just really dont know what else i can do

I wouldnt use an autozone gasket, I go with OEM gaskets. I went with an OEM gasket when we installed my Moroso pan, and I had no issues at all.

Could you have overtightened the bolts/nuts when installing the pan? Those don't need much pressure to warp.

Agreed...get an OEM gasket and some honda-bond does can't hurt it either. :)

yea i honda bonded the gasket and torqued to almost 9 ft/lbs, i still think the compression seems kind of low tho, the motor doesnt have over 2000 miles on it

my comp with 9.1 cp pistons was 180 acrosed the board, as long the numbers are around the same you should be fine, if you got like 160 160 90 160 then you would have a problem but i would get an oem gasket and try it and again

autozone gaskets are just as good as oem as long as they are the fel-pro gaskets just make sure your getting the full rubber oil pan gasket and nothing that has any cork in it what so ever cork gaskets or half and half's suck

you shouldnt have that much blowby unless your rings werent properly gapped. i would suggest getting fittings on the back of the block as well so you have even more relief
