turbo or vtec

hey i have a 96 Acura Integra rs 2d and i can not decide on getting a turbo or vtec on my exsisting engine suggestions? anyone...i am just learning about all of this stuff so any help would be great thanks

what is the mileage and condition of the current motor? an LS vtec is going to be cheaper.

160000 it is in good condition my dad used to drive it to work and he is a good driver not ever red lining it or any racing ex..

just keep the one i have and put vtec and a turbo

yeah its w.e keep the engine you have get a vtec head, vtec ecu, convert to vtec first then turbo it.
