Question about removing passenger side panel

Yea uhh i need to know if you have to take off the side skirt black panel piece to take of the passenger side fender!? and do i have to take off the wheel to or what else should i know!

nothing from nowhere
it will be a lot easier with the wheel off. i think u at least have to get the front of the skirt loose to get to the fender bolts.
