I did this last night to change my gasket. Its a b18b1, but I cant imagine it being much different.
Theres a nut hiding under the plug wires.
If it is vastly different, put up a picture, and we'll point them out. They should be visible. Honda wouldnt make it that difficult to pull the cover off.

^You're joking right??? =) I hope so.... well i also have a question concerning those bolts too... me and my friend were gonna put in new seals for the valve cover but I had to use the bathroom so I told him to remove all those bolts so he did but there was one, the one at the bottom left corner (b18c1), that he turned the wrong way (went clockwise instead of counter) and now its stripped inside the threads... is there anyone here who's ever ran into this situation or know how to get it out?

Maybe Im missing something here.... All of the things that hold down the VC are NUTS. So if you stripped the actual bolt, which protrudes through the hole when you take the Nut off, then you need to re thread it and use a different nut. I believe the Bolt is screwed into the cylinder head, and not so sure how easy it would be to remove.

See here

#18 and #19 are the bolts, screwed into the head, which the nuts tighten the VC down on to. If the bolt is stripped, order a new one, or do what I said in the paragraph above?

I would buy the new stud (# 18 or #19 depending on which one is stripped). To remove it, just grab it with vice grips (on the threads if you want - it doesn't matter since they are stripped) and spin it off. Tighten the new one down hand tight, then put the nut on it and torque it properly - valve cover nuts don't need much torque at all - look in a service manual because if you overtorque it, you will strip/snap the studs.
