transmission oil

wat kind of oil do would i need and do integras have filters for transmission oil i have changed trasmission oil b-4 but i need to know wat kind i need how many quarts and it does it onlt have one drain plug

get gm synchromesh friction modified. i just changed mine last week and it feels totally different now. do a quick search on it and you'll see that their is a cult like following for gm synchromesh. lol.

You can also use motor oil in manual trans integras. I got royal purple in mine.

yeah i had motor oil in mine then i used synthetic honda manual tranny fluid... and it leaks!!!! alot lol

its cool, i have to put my clutch in so i'm just gonna replace all the gaskets well i'm there

x2, but make sure you get the Friction Modified stuff, not just the regular Synchromesh!!

GM stuff is (arguably) the best on the market heard from many different professionals.

I got some stuff in my gears right now that apparently retails at like 60 bucks a quart. didn't notice much of a difference tho. :what:

IMO oil is oil. if you know how to drive your car and don't fuck your syncros, then you shouldn't really have a problem.
