yer thats the thing i was talking about. just wondering if its necessary. im not lookin for a show car. even the track integras i see dont have it which leads me to beleive its pointless if im not worried about saving gas lol so is it ok to remove it?It's for evaporative emissions. The charcoal canister and purge solenoid collect fuel vapors from the fuel system and route them back to the engine

no not the fuel filter i know what that is lol. its big, its like 15 inches long and 5 inches wide. black and says purge on the topwhat you can do is relocate it, alot of people do that, and your talking about the fuel filter

Then put on in there next to the battery. Are you keeping your PCV system?i just wanted 2 put an oil catch can there lol
Not exactly. It just catches the oil coming out so it doesn't go back into the intakeDoesn't a catch can replace the PCV
