JDM headlight question (SIR-G vs ITR)

I have a SIR-G front end, and i wanna know if i can make em black housing myself? i also had a HID kit on my 98 front end, will these connect with my jdm headlights? thanks!

Chrome SIR-G cvause its cheaper, if anything you can always open them up and paint the housings.

i did the same thing when i had a 96 civic. bought some 96 canadian civic head lights and painted the housing black... identical to ctr ones.

the ones i have right now are original itr ones tho.

i have plug and play hids in my integra right now and they are the same thing as sir g

No he doesn't. He's saying that HID conversion kits will work fine on SiR-G front ends.

yes your aftermarket 9006 HID will work on the sir-g / itr front.
