Clogged Intake or Resonator?

I noticed that when i start to apply throttle, the intake tube starts to compress. Im going to assume that this means that something is choking the tubes. The tube itself is new so its not the problem. (it also did it with the old one) The Air filter appears to be new and unclogged. (I removed the air box cover, applied throttle, and the tube didnt compress). As far as i can see down the resonator tube (i think i have that right) its not clogged. How do i get to the rest of the air intake system to check for clogs?

you have to get underneath the bumper and remove a couple of screws pretty easy just jack the car up and look under.

try taking out the stock intake and checking to see if anything is in the tube, or one good way to get rid of it would be to do after market intake

so i took out the resonator and look in all the tubes, nothing is clogged. Any ideas on why my intake tube would compress?

There is a part that runs down into your bumper/fender well. You need to take all of that out and inspect it for restrictions. Pull the air filter out and rig something up to reconnect the tube to the box and see if it still does it. Just because the filter appears new, doesnt mean that it is. Hope this helps.
