small leak (newb needs help)

I found a trickle of oil coming from this black cap type thing. It looks like the previous owner tried to seal it. What is it? How do I fix it? Yeah I know nothing.

Your leak is coming from your cam seal. I had the same problem with my 90. you need to replace it.

Not really. Just depends if you're doing or taking it somewhere.
