Chambered vs straight through exhaust

Hey guys i have a question i am going to be purchasing a full cat back exhaust system soon and i was thinking between the evo2 or the ws2 and i want to get maxiumum amount of Horsepower to the wheels and everybody tells me i should get the ws2 but im thinking that its more restrctive design is going to decrease airflow, The evo2 is a straight through design so i was thinking that would make more HP any suggestions? anybody that has had both? thanks

I'd say it all depends on if you want a deeper, louder tone for your car or if you want a quieter daily driver muffler. With an exhaust, you'll get a low amount of horsepower to the wheels but it all depends on if you got good headers and what not. i think the straight thru evo2 would give you better horsepower but i personally would choose the ws2 for form and function where it wouldn't be obnoxiously loud but also give a decent low end to mid end power

just bolt ons - ws2, but ultimately you will make more power with a straight through design exhaust.
